AndieCare is a nurse-led care provider with one big purpose: to make at-home care more professional, more personal, and more connected.
Founded by Geraldine Knights (RN) and Andrea Knights (EN), we bring together over 60 years of combined nursing experience across hospitals, aged care, rehab, and home nursing to homes across NSW.
Our team is proud to do things differently. Every care plan is shaped around your needs and overseen by a qualified nurse. Our team works closely with you, your family, and your healthcare team to keep care consistent, high-quality, and worry-free. Whether it’s everyday help or something more specialised, we’re here to help our clients feel safe, supported, and confident at home.

Founder & Care Manager
Andrea brings a wealth of experience to her role at AndieCare, where she oversees care plans and provides compassionate, client-focussed care. When not delivering home care to her clients, you'll find Andrea enjoying time at home in Goulburn with her partner James, and her French Bulldog, Penny.
Geraldine Knights (RN)
Registered Nurse
Geraldine's nursing career has taken her places - from remote nursing stints in Alice Springs to hospitals and nursing homes across NSW. A big believer in patient-centered care, Geraldine's care ethos is simple - to ensure every client is cared for in a way that protects their dignity, and assures their wellbeing.
